Update to support mobile pico8 controls

Just reexported the game to allow mobile controls from the new pico8 build options.  This should make it possible to play this game on portable phone devices with the in-browser controls.

Nothing has changed in the game code itself.  I have a few ideas how to get some extra space out of the cart, but I feel my time is better spent restructuring the game from scratch for a sequel.  Anyway, at least you can enjoy playing on the go now(however impractical that is).
