FastMon-20sec

For the #20SecondGameJam 2023.

Use arrow keys left and right to play.  I didn't add touch support yet, sorry in advance to all mobile users!

Changelog:

0.2.3 - changed play timer to 20 seconds.  Enjoy 5 more seconds to plan or try to make an overpowered mon.

0.2.2 - fixed a order of operations bug where attacking while the game transistioned to combat mode would cause a nil float error due to no opponent to compare with.
