• Changed graphics of pickups to be gas containers.  This makes it clearer to the player they are upgrades as opposed to obstacles.
• Added a HELP screen, accessed by pressing UP from menu.  Instructions how to get there added to title screen.
• Slight modification to lives, combo, and score display to allow them to hide on the title in favor of the instructions for the help access command.  They were always blank on there anyway due to game over processing, so this is more useful.

I thought up an alternate play mode, but I'm not sure I can squeeze it into the jam deadline. (4 hours left, yikes!)  I might have to wait till after judging periods to add it if I can't nail down the mode in time, depends how this goes.
